The Arche Company is currently a leader in the revitalization of historic buildings, where it opens hotels. It already owns a collection of 20 hotels. Most of them operate under the Arche Investment System, patented in the Patent Office in March 2022.
This is an original investment system for non-residential premises in hotel buildings. The business mechanism of the Arche System has been developed over several years together with our investors.
Many of our clients are owners of hotel rooms in various Arche hotels. Purchasing a non-residential unit (hotel room) is an excellent alternative to buying an apartment or a commercial unit for rent.
Arche builds, sells, and manages all hotels.
HOW IT WORKS
Arche System®?
The client decides to purchase a non-residential unit, a hotel room, and signs a preliminary agreement along with a lease agreement, which constitutes an integral part of the preliminary agreement and will ultimately be an annex to the final agreement.
The price paid by the client is the price of a finished and furnished room. During the construction phase, while the preliminary agreement is in effect, the client has the right to withdraw from the agreement or transfer the funds to another Arche investment.
Meanwhile, Arche recruits a director, who in turn recruits a team, so that the hotel will be running at full capacity upon opening. Towards the end of construction, conferences, trainings, and events are contracted by them for future dates.
When construction is completed, the facility obtains an occupancy permit, and the lease agreement comes into effect, which defines the conditions for profit sharing from the facility.
